All software distributed by Paroscientific, Inc. is intended for use with Digiquartz^® instruments. Software is distributed at no charge. ALL SOFTWARE PROGRAMS AND CODE FILES ARE DISTRIBUTED "AS IS" AND WITHOUT WARRANTY AS TO PERFORMANCE, MERCHANTABILITY OR ANY OTHER WARRANTIES WHETHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. NO WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE IS OFFERED.

All Paroscientific software is protected by copyright. All software distributed through this web site or on a CD-ROM or floppy disk(s) may not be copied or redistributed software without the written consent of Paroscientific, Inc.

The user assumes all risk of using the program. ANY LIABILITY OF THE SELLER WILL BE LIMITED EXCLUSIVELY TO SOFTWARE PRODUCT REPLACEMENT OR TECHNICAL SUPPORT.
