WIKA
has developed and manufactured pressure and temperature measuring
instruments for more than 50 years. Our top ranking in the world
market is due to devotion to first class
quality.
One
of the latest products for test and calibration applications is
the modular sensor system CPG 8000 with up to 4 pressure sensors
inside. Each sensor has its own pressure connection at the back of
the system and all ranges lower than 400 bar are protected by an
overpressure safety device. Pressure ranges from 0.25 bar to 2760 bar
are available with 0.01% precision provided by utilizing
the Paroscientific Digiquartz® sensors. Due to its modular design, the
CPG 8000 can be optimally adapted to the customers
requirements.
The CPG 8000 is available either as desk top or as a 19
plug-in case. The large TFT-display features up to 4 windows so
that important information can be viewed simultaneously. The PowerPC-Board
guarantees fast and accurate data processing performance. A user friendly membrane keyboard,
a multitude of useful selections and the menu-driven operation
ensure a maximum degree of operator convenience and functionality.
Available functions including MIN, MAX, HOLD, ZERO, AVERAGE,
PRESSURE-RATE, and LOGGER, 8 programmable switch-over
contacts, and the multi-window system (up to 4 windows) provide a
great deal of application flexibility.
Complex
testing systems, like the WIKA Leak Testing Systems which are
based on the CPG 8000, can be configured. The instrument can be
integrated into existing systems via the IEEE-488.2 or
RS-232 digital interfaces. As for the software, WIKA can
provide either LabVIEW®
drivers or the WIKA calibration and documentation software, EasyCal,
for the easy calibration of pressure measuring instruments in
accordance with EN 10204 3.1.B. The EasyCal Software includes guided
calibration by a Calibration-wizard, data handling and
storage under the WINDOWS-based MS-ACCESS®
and generation of certificates which can be printed out.
A special benefit provided by this system is the fact that it can
be retro-fitted at any time in order to meet new or changed
technical requirements (modification, additional sensor, etc.).
